Our matters range from corporate restructurings to insolvency, from cross-border deals to regulatory compliance. What they share is a level of complexity and a result that matters to the client. We are building a firm able to run such matters to the standard international clients expect.

For senior students, graduates and junior lawyers. Internships and work placements run on the firm's real matters, alongside the team. Prior experience is not required – the way you think matters more.

For practising lawyers ready to join the team and work with partners directly. Work is allocated by competence, not seniority, and responsibility for the result begins with the first matters.

We are open to working with partners and counsel who have their own practice. If you are considering developing a practice area together, we are ready to discuss a partnership on terms that reflect your contribution. Enquiries are treated in confidence.

Work is predominantly remote. We meet in person – with clients and within the team – when the matter calls for it. We assess the result, not attendance.
