Our name
The firm's name reflects our approach. An option is a choice: to act or not to act, to set the moment and the terms on which a relationship changes. We view law as a system that creates choices — and we use it that way. Our role is to give the client control over the legal architecture of their decisions and freedom of choice within that architecture.

A matter is handled in stages: analysis of the situation and risks, strategy, implementation and follow-through. Decisions are made jointly — we give a reasoned recommendation, the client makes the final call.
We work on an hourly, fixed-fee or blended basis; in some cases part of the fee depends on the outcome achieved. A retainer is available for ongoing work. Fees reflect the time actually spent, the complexity of the matter and the overall timeline, and are agreed before work begins. Fee information on this website does not constitute a public offer.
Matter details, the identity of participants and the substance of negotiations are not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent. A confidentiality clause is included in the engagement agreement with the client.
